About us
Classic Fishing Charters runs a variety of fishing trips in Westernport, Port Phillip Bay, Gippsland Lakes and Corner Inlet. We can also tailor-make a trip to a destination of your choice (e.g. Wilson’s Promontory or Portland). Within the bays, we specialise in snapper, whiting and gummy shark. Outside we can target kingfish, mako sharks and tuna. We also offer dive trips.
All fishing gear and bait are supplied. A fishing license is required unless exempt – more details at https://vfa.vic.gov.au/recreational-fishing/fishing-licence
Your skipper, Glen Harvie, was a former professional shark fisherman based at Corinella on the eastern shores of the bay for several years. Glen has skippered fishing charter boats for 30 years.
Bookings can be made for half-day or full-day trips at economical prices, for groups of up to 6 people or for individuals, starting at $100 per person. Gift vouchers are available.
